Clinical Informaticist
Job Description:The Clinical and Health Informaticist advances the healthcare experience by applying the Science of Informatics to support Intermountain Health’s mission and vision. This role independently performs workflow and system analysis and leads functional design for EHR and other health information technology (HIT) initiatives.Serving as a liaison between clinical, business, and application teams, the Informaticist ensures solutions prioritize patient safety, clinician experience, and clinical best practices. This position leverages advanced informatics expertise to support and periodically lead complex projects, including system implementation, training, adoption, and process improvement.We are committed to offering flexible work options where approved and stated in the job posting. This includes frequent computer, phone, and cable set-up and use.Expected to lift and utilize full range of movement to transport, pull, and push equipment. Will also work on hands and knees and bend to set-up, troubleshoot, lift, and carry supplies and equipment.
