Summary: Provide basic resident care under the direction of nursing staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide routine daily care to assigned residents in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and Affinity Healthcare standards;
Document care provided to residents as required;
Communicate resident changes to nurse in timely manner;
Work as a part of a clinical team;
Qualifications:
CNA License
Minimum of 1 year Long Term Care experience preferred
