Job Title: Maintenance Crew MemberSchedule: Full-time, must report for dispatch before 7:30 a.m.Daily Dispatch From: 340 Graham Rd, Wexford, PA 15090Pay Range: $18 – 23Reports to: Maintenance Crew LeadLandscape Maintenance Crew MemberSarver Landscape is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to support the ongoing care and upkeep of residential and commercial properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes pride in detail-oriented tasks, and values teamwork, safety, and professionalism.As part of a maintenance crew, you’ll work under the direction of a Crew Leader and Production Manager to ensure properties are maintained to Sarver Landscape’s high standards while upholding our core values of Character, Quality, Respect, and Safety.What You’ll DoAssist with routine landscape maintenance services, including:Mowing, edging, and trimmingPruning trees, shrubs, and ornamental plantsMulching and bed maintenanceSeasonal cleanups (spring/fall)Weed control and debris removalFollow daily route schedules, work orders, and instructions from Crew LeadersLoad, unload, and stage tools, equipment, and materialsMaintain clean, organized, and professional job sitesPerform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report issuesMaintain tools, trucks, and equipment in good working conditionCommunicate with supervisors regarding site conditions, progress, and material needsFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsRepresent Sarver Landscape with courteous and professional customer interactionsWhat We’re Looking ForMust have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s licensePrior landscape maintenance experience preferred Ability to perform physical, outdoor work in varying weather conditionsWillingness to follow directions and work as part of a teamAttention to detail and pride in quality workmanshipCommitment to safety and a positive team environmentSarver Landscape is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
