This role is instrumental in supporting our leadership and commercial teams by providing high-level administrative and operational assistance. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring that executive priorities, schedules, communications, and key initiatives are managed efficiently. This position combines executive support with commercial and operational coordination, playing a vital role in maintaining the flow of activities across Sales, Marketing, and other departments. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, demonstrating exceptional multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs. This hybrid role is based in the central or eastern time zones, with occasional international travel estimated at approximately 10-15%.Qualifications5–8+ years of experience supporting senior executives and/or commercial leadership in a high-growth environment.Experience supporting Sales, Business Development, or customer-facing teams is strongly preferred.Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and project management platforms.Experience with automation tools and familiarity with emerging technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to act independently or escalate as appropriate.Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively across functions and teams.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to executive and commercial leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense processing.Coordinate meetings with internal teams, clients, prospects, and external partners, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.Anticipate logistical needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or travel challenges.Assist in preparing meeting agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and other documentation to facilitate effective decision-making.Track and follow up on action items and commitments to ensure timely completion.Draft, review, and coordinate professional communications on behalf of leadership.Maintain organized documentation related to key initiatives, customer interactions, and meetings.Support the execution of strategic and operational initiatives across the commercial organization, including project coordination and stakeholder communication.Manage logistics for multi-site customer visits, conferences, seminars, and internal events, including travel, scheduling, and materials preparation.Assist in planning, organizing, and executing commercial programs, customer engagement activities, and internal sales meetings.Coordinate vendor relationships, manage budgets, and support resource planning to promote operational efficiency.Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve processes, and enhance overall productivity.Support event planning and logistics, including venue selection, catering, and on-site support as needed.Contribute to building scalable processes that support organizational growth and efficiency.Assist with expense management, vendor coordination, and other operational tasks as required.BenefitsCompetitive salary, variable compensation, and equity options.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, including generous coverage for a platinum PPO healthcare plan.Short-term and long-term disability insurance.Cancer and critical illness coverage.Up to 14 weeks paid parental leave after one year of service, along with a childcare FSA plan.401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions (3–5%).Home office setup stipend for fully remote employees.Learning and development programs to support career growth.Flexible vacation and leave policies to promote work-life balance.Equal OpportunityDrug Hunter is an equal opportunity employer.
