Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounting Controller role located in Tampa, FL. The Accounting Controller will oversee financial operations including preparing and analyzing financial statements, creating and maintaining accurate financial reports, and ensuring compliance with business controls. The role involves implementing efficient financial processes and delivering insights to support strategic decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities will include financial data review, supervising financial reporting, and ensuring accurate financial management practices. Qualifications Strong expertise in Business Control and Construction Financial ReportingProficient in preparing and analyzing Financial StatementsDemonstrated proficiency in Finance and Financial ManagementExcellent Analytical Skills and attention to detailProven ability to implement and improve financial processesBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance standardsProficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsExperience working with the construction or design/build industry is a plus
