ERP Business Analyst with Active Secret Security Clearance - Onsite in Portsmouth, VA

U.S. Citizenship and an Active Secret Security Clearance is required.This job is onsite in Portsmouth, VA.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and motivated ERP Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, process improvement, data analysis, and change management. The position focuses on analyzing, enhancing, and maintaining business processes, supporting corporate software suites, and implementing continuous process improvement initiatives across the organization.Key Responsibilities Analyze business needs and processes to support development, implementation, and maintenance of ERP applicationsGather requirements by collaborating with cross-functional teams and understanding workflows, goals, and objectivesServe as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure ERP solutions align with organizational goalsDocument business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps for reference and decision-makingEvaluate system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for process and ERP functionality improvementsProvide expertise in continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency, consistency, and standardizationDevelop and implement change strategies, governance processes, and workflow improvementsFacilitate technical meetings, conferences, and workshops, including content preparation and data analysisDeliver Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement services, including process mapping, data analysis, and cost-benefit assessmentSupport review and consensus-building for process documentation, including corporate software suite chaptersAdvise on business process and IT system integration, supporting digital transformation initiativesCollaborate with Data Architects and Software Engineers to implement data-driven solutionsDevelop and maintain business process and requirements maps, including "As-Is" and future state documentationContribute to project planning, resource management, budget tracking, and reporting of deliverablesSupport analytics, dashboards, and visualization development to improve operational insightsParticipate in user experience assessments, technical user groups, and program reviewsBasic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Operations, or a related field4–7 years of experience in process improvevment, including data gathering, analysis, change management, process implementation and evaluation activities.Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Business, Engineering Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field5+ years of experience supporting process or performance improvement initiatives and ERP functional processes15+ years of experience in process improvement, including data gatherings, analysis, change management and evaluation activitesProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationLean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt or Green Belt Certification, or equivalent process improvement certification.Powered by JazzHR
