Receptionist Location: Westborough, MA - Inpatient Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) ProgramPay Rate: $20.50-$23.50/hourSchedule: Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.Benefits:Health, dental, vision insurances/additional voluntary insurancesCompany-paid life insurance/employee assistance programsGenerous paid time off accrualTuition reimbursement/loan repayment options401k with company match up to 7%Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment nationwideThe Receptionist is responsible for:Providing the highest quality of customer service at all times and maintaining a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all timesHandling confidential information, including client/guest records, with a high degree of integrity and adhering to all HIPAA and confidentiality policiesAnswering and routing calls as appropriate, and takes messages with accuracyGreeting and completing established check-in procedures for arriving guests on a daily basis, using both manual and computerized methods, in order to ensure guests are satisfied and in rooms as requestedReceiving and transmitting mail, packages and messages for clientsKeeping lobby and desk area clean and presentablePerforming other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by managementDemonstrating honesty and integrity at all times in the care of the clients and the use of the facility propertyArriving for work on time and adheres to the program's attendance policiesDemonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities and completing duties in the allotted timeMaintaining adequate knowledge of the program's emergency preparedness plan, emergency and security proceduresParticipating in all mandatory training and attends in-service training as requiredQualifications Qualifications:Must have a high school diploma and/or GEDMust have 1 - 2 years of front desk experience; hotel experience is highly desirableMust possess a high level of communication and excellent customer service skills.
