Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while leading multiple teams. Soft skills for dealing with resistance to change and diverse personality types across teams. Knowledge of agile techniques like User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration/Testing. Strong business aptitude with analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor others effectively. Proven ability to navigate complex situations involving multiple stakeholders. Must possess good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to obtain a security clearance when required by the contract. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, business management, or any related field, or equivalent experience. Two (2) years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within a development team applying Scrum principles. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) preferred; additional certifications (CSP, PSM II) are a plus. Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt preferred, Black Belt a plus. Experience with various agile methodologies such as Kanban, XP, and FDD. Experience with KanBo, Azure DevOps, and Bugzilla or similar application preferred. PI20e0c
