As a Remote Data Analyst CA only, you will be part of the Corporate Restructuring department supporting critical legal and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Remote Data Analyst CA only Location: El Segundo, CA Pay Range: $27.00 to $29.00hr Shift: 10:00am to 7:30pm PT, Monday-Friday What's the Job?Monitor court websites for newly filed documents and update case dockets accordingly Respond to creditor inquiries via phone and email regarding case status, claim deadlines, and disbursements Assist with preparing and reviewing legal documents, ballots, and proofs of claim Coordinate mailings, compile service lists, and prepare affidavits of service Perform administrative quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance What's Needed?Ability to quickly learn and navigate proprietary software and applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook One to two years of related office experience or relevant training is a plus but not required What's in it for me?
