Maintenance Technician Processing

Toyo Tanso USA is seeking a hands-on Processing Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of our purification and coating processing equipment. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment support to help ensure safe and efficient operations across our processing systems.This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, working with tools, and learning complex industrial systems.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance (PMs) and repairs on processing vessels, including pipes and valvesClean and maintain scrubber systems, cooling towers, vacuum pumps, and liquid pump systemsAssist with installation, upgrades, and improvements to processing equipmentRebuild valves and pumps as requiredMaintain cleanliness of equipment and surrounding work areasFollow all company safety procedures and OSHA standardsWork safely around chemical processing systems while using required personal protective equipment (including respirators)QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredBasic math and computer skills2+ years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical maintenance, or industrial environments preferredComfortable using mechanical tools and heavy equipmentStrong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn complex systemsAbility to lift at least 35 pounds and move safely within the production environment
