Forklift Operator

Forklift Operator Watsontown Brick, a trusted brand within the General Shale family, is seeking a Forklift Operator to support production operations at our Watsontown, Pennsylvania manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who can safely operate equipment and adapt to changing production needs.The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely moving, staging, and shipping materials throughout the plant while supporting production goals, inventory accuracy, and workplace safety.Key responsibilities include:Operate forklifts (up to 14,000 lbs) to transport and stack materialsSupport production and shipping by moving product as neededPerform routine forklift inspections and report equipment issuesEnsure product quality during handling and shipmentAccurately document shipped materials for inventory controlMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaMeet daily production goals and work overtime as requiredQualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredForklift experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferredAbility to read, write, and understand EnglishAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionPhysical requirements include:Ability to bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 60 lbsAbility to work in an active industrial environmentWhat we offer:Competitive pay with monthly production bonus401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, vision, life, and disability insuranceHealth savings account (HSA)Paid time off and referral program
