Student Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Student Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $116,000 – $145,000 annuallyResponsibilities Oversee the student activation and deactivation process, coordinating with Revenue Operations Serve as the main point of contact for over 30 educational institutions, including MBA programs Develop and maintain a comprehensive relationship map for partner schools Manage legal agreements and documents for all active partnerships with educational institutions Create and maintain a communications calendar for student engagement and onboarding Collaborate with Demand Generation on outreach strategies for graduates transitioning to enterprise customers Own program metrics and present performance data to leadership regularlyQualifications 3-5 years in program management or partnership management in B2B SaaS or financial services Strong relationship management skills with academic and professional stakeholders Operational proficiency in documenting processes and managing workflows Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for data tracking and reporting Commercially aware with a focus on conversion metrics alongside relationship management Excellent written communication skills for both external and internal correspondence Self-directed with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situationsBenefits Performance-based bonus opportunities Equity options available Comprehensive benefits programOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
