Investment Banking Associate

Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without needing sponsorship. This position requires 3-4 years of direct investment banking experience.An Investment Banking Associate at Clearsight Advisors plays a critical execution and project‑management role within the investment banking team. Associates work closely with Analysts, Vice Presidents, and Managing Directors to execute mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions.
