Job Requirements:
Positive Attitude
Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC
Capable of troubleshooting complex HVAC systems
Have a genuine desire to help people
A genuine desire to learn, grow, and be the best in our industry
Professional appearance
Excellent communicator
Positive attitude and always ready to learn
Learn and follow the proven Aire Serv systems and processes
Diagnose, Repair, and Maintain HVAC equipment for Residential and Light Commercial Air Conditioning Systems
Share on-call rotation duties with other service professionals
Clean background with no felonies
Drug-free workplace
Over 21 with a clean driving record
Valid Texas driver's license
Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
Able to run 4 to 6 calls per day
Ability to work within a team environment
