Job Description Key Responsibilities:Vendor Management & DocumentationObtain, review, and validate required vendor accounting documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate vendor master data within SAPDrive weekly follow-ups with vendors to resolve missing documentation and reduce onboarding cycle timesCommunicate weekly vendor status, highlighting onboarding progress and outstanding documentationIdentify opportunities to streamline and automate vendor onboarding and documentation processesVendor CommunicationServe as primary point of contact for vendor inquires for accounting documentation through the Accounting mailbox, ensuring timely and professional communicationPartner with internal teams to resolve vendor issues and improve onboarding efficiencyCash Receipts & Journal EntriesProcess and deposit physical checks on a weekly basis in accordance with internal controls and company policyRecord journal entries related to cash receipts and revenue transactions, ensuring proper documentation and accuracyReporting & CompliancePrepare and distribute weekly utility expense report and proactively identify missing invoicesPrepare and distribute monthly aged receivable report.Complete quarterly and annual federal surveys accurately and on timeSupport audit and compliance requests by maintaining organized and complete documentationRequirements:2+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, or finance operationsStrong understanding of basic accounting principles (journal entries, cash receipts, expenses)Proficiency with Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEducation:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldCompany DescriptionZobility (RGBSI), is dedicated to providing the highest quality of services to our clients and employees.
