Strategy & GovernanceDefine and lead the Master Data Management (MDM) strategyEstablish data governance policies , stewardship models, and standardsCreate and maintain a golden record for key domains (Customer, Supplier, Product)2. Implementation & Architecture Design and implement MDM technology solutionsDevelop data models, integration frameworks, and ETL processesConfigure match & merge rules for data standardization and deduplication3. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage a team of: Data AnalystsData StewardsSet clear performance expectations and ensure timely delivery of project milestones4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with business stakeholders across: SalesFinanceMarketingTranslate business requirements into technical design specificationsAct as a bridge between business and IT teams5. Data Quality Monitoring Define and enforce data quality rules and standardsMonitor KPIs related to data accuracy, completeness, and consistencyIdentify and resolve data quality issues proactively6. Change Management Drive adoption of data governance frameworks and standardsPromote master data as a strategic asset across the organizationLead organizational change initiatives related to data practicesCore Skills & Expertise1. Technical Leadership Proven experience managing complex MDM / data governance projectsStrong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologiesHands-on experience with tools such as: JiraConfluenceSmartsheetMS Project2. Master Data Governance Deep understanding of: MDM principlesData governance frameworksLarge-scale data quality initiativesExpertise in: Requirement gathering & documentationBusiness impact analysisStakeholder alignment via workshops/interviews3. Technical Data Skills 8+ years of experience in data analysis / MDM / governanceStrong expertise in: SQL & PythonQuerying large and complex datasetsExperience with: Data profiling & source system analysisKPI definition and trackingExposure to analytics platforms: HadoopSparkSnowflake4. Data Architecture & Quality Solid understanding of: Data architecture principlesData lineageData dictionaries and metadata managementExperience with hierarchical data structures and enrichment techniques5. Tools & Platforms Hands-on experience with: CollibraData Hub (or equivalent tools for governance & data quality)6. Collaboration & Communication Strong ability to work in a matrixed, global environmentExperience managing stakeholders across multiple time zonesSkilled in building consensus among competing priorities7.
