As part of our Engineering team, you’ll work with cutting-edge technologies, drive meaningful product improvements, and contribute to a customer-first culture in a dynamic, fast-growing company!Location: Austin office; Hybrid – 3 days in the officeTravel: 0%What You'll Do Responsible for preparing various journal entries for any assigned ledger accounts for the monthly closePerforming regular account analysis and monthly reconciliation Assist in month-end activities by performing variance analysesAssessing internal controls, including risk assessments and review of risk areas Process intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and adjustment entries during period end and ensure accuracy of the financial recordsLiaise with the auditors and provide documentation and information, as needed Assist in integration projects of the newly acquired (if any) companies into our ERP systems Ad hoc projectsWhat You BringAble to demonstrate strong critical thinking in a fast-paced, high-growth environment General understanding of GAAP Lease accounting software experience is an assetAble to independently analyze financial records and be a clear communicator to the teamExcellent Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookup formulasSelf-motivation and desire to continually improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of processes.Knowledgeable in Netsuite or a similar ERP is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsIntellectual curiosity & problem-solving skills a mustQualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
