This position provides support to litigation attorneys and paralegals and is responsible for a variety of administrative, clerical, and legal support functions related to litigation matters, including coordinating with courts, clients, and internal team members. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced business law environment, be comfortable learning new technologies, and work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to support ongoing legal proceedings and day-to-day operations. This role offers excellent long-term growth potential for individuals interested in building a career within the legal or professional services field.Responsibilities:Provide administrative and litigation support throughout all phases of litigation matters, including motion practice, discovery, arbitration, mediation, hearings, trials, and appellate procedures.Assist with preparing, proofreading, revising, formatting, and filing legal documents while monitoring case activity, deadlines, and court filings.Coordinate scheduling for meetings, depositions, court appearances, and other litigation-related events while maintaining organized electronic and physical case files.Assist with legal and procedural research, billing support, document management, client communication, calendar coordination, conflict checks, and other general administrative functions.Qualifications:2-3+ years of litigation or legal office experience required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.Familiarity with legal terminology, litigation procedures, court filings, legal documentation, and research methods.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal/document management software, including experience with NetDocuments, LMS, or similar systems preferred.
