The Adobe Design Research & Strategy (ADRS) team is seeking a Program Manager to support the execution of key operational and cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
This is a contract role focused on improving visibility, coordination, and consistency across ADRS, while supporting efforts that connect our research to adjacent teams. The role will help bring structure to ongoing work, ensuring that priorities are tracked, communicated, and delivered effectively. This is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders to keep work moving forward in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Execution Support (40%)
Support the coordination of cross-functional initiatives involving ADRS and partner teams
Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines across multiple workstreams
Help maintain program plans, status updates, and documentation
Identify risks or blockers and escalate to appropriate stakeholders
Ensure follow-ups and next steps are clearly captured and executed
Insight Delivery & Stakeholder Coordination (20%)
Support the coordination of how research insights and outputs are shared across teams
Help ensure materials are prepared, reviewed, and delivered on time
Track engagement and feedback from stakeholders where appropriate
Thought Leadership & Content Pipeline Support (15%)
Assist in managing the pipeline of ADRS thought pieces and POVs
Coordinate timelines, contributors, and review cycles
Help ensure content is organized and shared according to plan
Standardization & Quality Support (10%)
Support efforts to maintain consistency across ADRS processes and outputs
Help track adoption of standards and quality benchmarks
Assist in documenting processes and identifying areas for improvement
Case Study Development & Knowledge Management (10%)
Coordinate the development of ADRS case studies, including tracking progress and approvals
Support the organization and maintenance of a structured case study repository
Ensure materials are accessible and up to date
General Operational Support (5%)
Maintain team artifacts such as distribution lists and shared resources
Provide ad hoc coordination support for team and leadership initiatives as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or project support roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders and following up on deliverables
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, Excel, and PowerPointCompensation
$80 to $84.51 per hour on W-2# 37183158
