As a Telemetry Nurse, you will monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms using advanced telemetry equipment. You will play a crucial role in the early detection of cardiac events and ensure timely intervention to enhance patient care.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and interpret patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs.Provide continuous cardiac monitoring and respond to any changes in patients' conditions.Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards.Qualifications:Registered Nurse (RN) license.Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in telemetry or critical care.Proficiency in using telemetry equipment and electronic health records.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
