Job Description
We are seeking an ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLER to become an integral part of our team! You will learn a valuable skill and become a certified soldier. You will perform assembly line tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. No experience necessary. Training will be provided.Responsibilities:Work with a team to assemble entire products or componentsRotate through tasks for specific production processesConduct quality inspections on products and partsPrepare finished products for shipmentMaintain a clean and orderly work areaQualifications:Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fieldsFamiliarity with assembly tools and equipmentMust be able to work using a microscope - excellent vision requiredMust be able to work with small partsExcellent Soldering skills - J-Std-001 Preferred, but will trainAbility to work well in teamsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to understand and read English to understand build documentationMust be able to work 40 hours per week (7:30am-4:00pm\nCompany DescriptionSince its inception in 1959, RLC has been the leading designer and manufacturer of high quality, state-of-the-art coaxial switches, band-pass filters, precision attenuators and other transmission line components for the microwave industry.
