Assistant Manager
Dickey's Barbecue is seeking an ambitious Assistant Manger to take over one of our restaurant's operations. You will be responsible for hiring and training new recruits, ordering supplies and ingredients, budgeting expenses and managing customer care.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain efficient and organized managing system to ensure smooth restaurant operation
- Responsible for overseeing food, beverage & supplies inventory
- Maintain top quality assurance and customer service standards
- Delegate responsibilities and tasks to assistant manager(s) and other employees
- Focus on building sales and forecasting future performances
- Responsible for hiring and training of all employees
- Able to handle any and other responsibilities as they arise
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
