Position OverviewThe Bakery Cook plays a vital role in delivering high-quality baked goods that reflect the brand s standards and commitment to excellence. This position is responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing products with consistency, care, and attention to detail. While primarily back of house, the Bakery Cook supports the overall guest experience by ensuring every item served is fresh, beautifully executed, and made with pride.What You ll DoPrepare & Bake with ExcellencePrepare doughs, batters, fillings, and components according to recipes and standardsBake, finish, and present products with consistency and attention to detailFollow production schedules to ensure freshness and availabilityMaintain product quality across all batches and shiftsComfortable cooking on the line, finishing and pastry prep.
