Job Summary Join our hard-working production team as a Miller at Proof Bread. This role is responsible for milling and managing the flour that forms the foundation of our breads. Working closely with the production team, the Miller ensures grain is processed efficiently, accurately, and consistently to support daily bakery operations. No prior milling or baking experience is required. We will provide training to the right candidate. Individuals with warehouse, manufacturing, production, logistics, or equipment operation experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
