Customer support coordinator (3rd/third shift)

We're looking for a Customer Support Logistics Coordinator to keep our freight moving and our drivers grooving in a fast-paced, jargon-free environment. In this role, you'll master our Freight Optimizer system, keep account managers and customers updated, and monitor daily pick-ups to ensure everything arrives on time. You'll also be the ultimate co-pilot for our drivers-taking check calls, providing routing directions, and resolving any overages or damages that pop up along the way.
