Our vision of inspiring a resident-centric focus is brought to life by our core values: Integrity, Respect, Service and Community.Our Pool Monitors are responsible for enforcing the rules of an outdoor pool in accordance with association policies and government regulations. This role is fundamental in maintaining our lively community and ensuring a safe environment for all.What You’ll AccomplishEnsuring safe operation of the pool facilitiesMonitoring entry into the pool area and having patrons sign waiversReporting any accidents or problemsPerforming light janitorial dutiesExtending top-notch service to residents and guestsProviding community information and offering assistance as neededWhat We’re Looking ForCustomer service experienceEnergy, a great attitude and strong work ethicEffective communication skillsFlexibility to work after-hours and weekends as neededCPR certification preferredMust pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkIf driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.We are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible work environment.
