Our foreclosure department is fast-paced, technology-driven, and highly collaborative.This hybrid position offers flexibility to work from home while maintaining an in-office presence as needed for case reviews, team meetings, and client interactions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of Indiana foreclosure procedures and court filings, along with a demonstrated ability to manage timelines and ensure compliance in a deadline-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Maintain Attorney's Calendars, by scheduling deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, etc.Assist attorneys with hearing preparation and post-judgment activityPrepare, review, and file foreclosure documents in compliance with Indiana laws and court rulesDraft legal correspondence, pleadings, affidavits, and motionsManage and maintain foreclosure case files from referral to post-saleCommunicate with clients, court staff, opposing counsel, and internal departmentsMonitor case deadlines and court dates, ensuring timely filings and responsesConduct title reviews and assist with title curative tasks when necessaryTrack and update case status in case management systemsEnsure compliance with applicable federal, state, investor, and client guidelinesPosition RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in foreclosure law (Indiana preferred)Familiarity with Indiana judicial foreclosure process and e-filing systemsParalegal certificate or associate's/bachelor's degree in legal studies preferredProficient in MS Office Suite and legal case management software (e.g., LPS, BlackKnight, Tempo, Caseware, or similar)Highly organized with strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentThis is a hybrid opportunity open to candidates across the Indianapolis, IN area.
