Executive Assistant
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant toprovide high-level administrative support to our Executive team. The ideal candidate isresourceful, maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, and thrives in afast-paced environment. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of dailyexecutive functions and contributing to the overall success of the leadership team.Key Responsibilities:• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travelarrangements (domestic and international).• Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact between the executive andinternal/external clients.• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.• Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) with attention toaccuracy and confidentiality.• Track and prioritize tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and oN-site engagements.• Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.• Manage expenses, invoices, and reimbursements.• Support the executive with personal administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications:• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar rolesupporting senior leadership.• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.• Proficiency in Microsoft ONice Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/orGoogle Workspace.• Strong judgment, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities with a calm and positive attitude.• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.Preferred Attributes:• Experience in Financial industry.• Familiarity with project management tools including Monday.com, Asana andRedtail.• Comfortable in a dynamic and evolving environment.
