We offer integrated payments solutions to manage a high volume of payments flowing through the software at a retail or wholesale level.About the Role: The Revenue Operations Analyst will support the Director of Revenue Operations in performing quantitative analysis on business-critical data to drive insights supporting decision-making across the portfolios.In This Role You Will Report and analyze revenues and revenue-related metrics to assist management in making sound decisions and support the sales and client success teams to meet defined quarterly objectivesProvide input to the sales incentive planning process. Ensure that quarterly and monthly commissions are accurate and submitted on time to Finance for approval and distribution.Evaluate existing revenue operations processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes, ensuring a seamless flow from lead generation to revenue realization.Support with analysis to identify areas of poor performance in the business and underlying dynamics in the market to make recommendations for strategic improvementAnalyze data and provide important visualization and Salesforce.com dashboards that clearly communicates complex data in a simple form to non-technical audienceLeverage CRM, sales automation, and revenue management systems to track and manage customer data, opportunities, and revenue streamsAssist in the implementation and optimization of revenue-related software tools and technologiesProactively identify opportunities for process enhancement and contribute to the evolution of revenue operations strategies.Ad hoc analysis as neededWe're are Looking for Someone WithAt least 1+ year of sales operations experience, ideally in a SaaS business Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Jira, Dealhub, Hubspot, Avalara, Gong, CaptivateIQComfortable setting up new analysis on raw data sets in Google and / or Microsoft Excel Strong project management and organizational skillsExperience developing sales processesA hands-on approach to solving problemsA sense of flexibility and self-drive to work autonomously and within a teamWhat We OfferPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysPaid Volunteer DayPaid Parental LeaveGenerous Medical, Dental, and Vision Company Sponsored Life Insurance 401k with Company MatchSalary: 55k +, depending on experienceLocation: Remote in the United States, If you prefer onsite we have offices in Provo, Utah or Charlotte, NC
