Job Title: Material Handler / Side Loader Operator
Job Description
As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse. You will have the opportunity to work in various departments, gaining new skills and experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include moving metal materials with a side loader, wrapping them, and then relocating them to designated areas within the warehouse or plant.
Responsibilities
Operate a side loader to transport metal materials within the warehouse.
Wrap metal materials securely for transportation and storage.
Relocate wrapped materials to specified areas using a side loader.
Adapt to different departmental needs and tasks throughout the day.
Essential Skills
Experience in material handling.
Proficiency in operating forklifts, including side loaders.
Reliability and a positive attitude.
Trainability and a willingness to learn.
Attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in the metals industry.
Familiarity with specialty metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, nickel, and titanium.

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean warehouse with excellent ventilation and large industrial fans. The team is comprised of about 8 people, working in a non-temperature-controlled setting. This is a monday - friday job 8am - 5pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
