Large Format Printing Project Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Large Format Printing Project Manager to oversee and coordinate large format print projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire lifecycle of large format printing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to these plans. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing updates throughout the project. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, design, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of projects. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues. Oversee the production process, ensuring that all prints meet quality standards and client specifications. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. Prepare and present project reports and documentation, including status updates and final deliverables. Qualifications: Proven experience in project management within the large format printing industry. Strong understanding of large format printing processes, materials, and equipment. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
