Position Summary/Objective of job: The NetSuite ERP Administrator is responsible for the daily administration, continued optimization, ongoing training of users, custom analysis, and reporting on supply chain and manufacturing KPIs from Salt & Straws existing NetSuite ERP system. This position plays a crucial role in leveraging the NetSuite platform to meet business needs and improve operations. This role will also ensure seamless integration with other business systems and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in supply chain, information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field or equivalent education and experience. 4+ years of experience as a NetSuite ERP Administrator or in a related role. Proven experience with NetSuite ERP administration, customization, and integration in a manufacturing and or food and beverage environment. Experience in order-to-cash, Fulfillment, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Costing and Manufacturing areas, Warehouse Operations, Receiving Logistics & WMS, Product Life Cycle Management, Inventory Management, WIP. NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred. Knowledge and Critical Skills: Advanced proficiency in NetSuite with experience in workflows, CSV imports, custom fields/records creation, EDI integrations, and suite analytics. Strong understanding of business processes, including finance, accounting, supply chain, and CRM. Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with individuals at various levels of the organization. Self-directed with organizational skills and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize, work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent quality orientation and attention to detail. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity. Proven ability to be flexible and supportive when faced with ever-changing priorities. Ability to work with people of all backgrounds and identities. Proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in English. Wage Transparency We are actively embracing pay transparency by disclosing the hiring wage for this role as $93,500-$104,000/yr. highlighting its full earning potential within the broader range of $93,500-$126,500/yr.
