Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal role based in Dripping Springs, TX. The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys with day-to-day legal operations, including preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and filing motions. The role requires meticulous organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities effectively. The Litigation Paralegal will also collaborate with attorneys and clients to ensure the efficient handling of legal matters. Qualifications Hands-on experience with Legal Document Preparation and Document ReviewProficiency in Legal Research to support case preparationAbility to draft, review, and file Pleadings and Motions accuratelyStrong organizational, time management, and communication skillsProficiency in legal software and case management toolsKeen attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlinesPrevious experience in a litigation-focused legal environment is preferredAssociate or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field, or a paralegal certificate
