This position is ideal for a technologist who thrives in a fast-paced acute care environment and has recent experience working with trauma patients. The selected candidate will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures while ensuring exceptional patient care and image quality. Responsibilities:Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations according to physician orders and departmental protocols.Properly position patients and operate radiographic equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.Maintain patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout all procedures.Assist with additional radiology procedures based on training and competency.Document imaging procedures accurately within hospital computer systems.Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members.Follow radiation safety standards and department quality assurance guidelines.Respond appropriately during emergency situations and maintain CPR competency.Requirements:Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) or Registry Eligible.Active Ohio Radiographer License required.Current CPR Certification.Recent Level I Trauma Center experience required.Experience in a busy acute-care hospital setting preferred.Ability to safely lift, transfer, and position patients.Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.Familiarity with hospital and radiology information systems.Facility HighlightsLevel I Trauma CenterHigh-Volume Acute Care EnvironmentCollaborative Imaging DepartmentAdvanced Diagnostic ServicesWhy Apply?Competitive CompensationConsistent Full-Time ScheduleOpportunity to Work in a Prestigious Trauma CenterExposure to Diverse and Complex Patient CasesSupportive and Experienced Radiology TeamApply today to join one of Ohio’s leading trauma centers and advance your imaging career! About Encode INCAt Encode, we empower organizations and individuals through innovative, human-centric workforce and technology solutions.
