Role Description We are seeking a Junior Functional Analyst for a contract position located on-site in Chicago, IL. The Junior Functional Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business processes and objectives. Tasks include conducting business analysis, supporting business process improvement efforts, and providing detailed functional documentation to guide development teams. Qualifications Proficiency in Functional Analysis and documenting Functional RequirementsStrong Analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in Business Analysis and understanding business needsKnowledge of Business Processes and ability to optimize workflowsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across teamsAbility to work on-site in Chicago, ILBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in IT consulting or a similar role is a plus
