We are seeking a motivated attorney who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling day-to-day client interaction in a fast-paced environment.This position offers direct involvement in case strategy, client communication, and overall case progression with meaningful responsibility from the start.Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding case updates and communicationConduct recorded statements and client interviewsReview treatment progression and monitor case developmentMaintain accurate and organized file documentationWork closely with paralegals, intake staff, and leadership to move cases efficientlyReview files for potential risk issues, Assist with negotiations, litigation preparation and case strategyCommunicate regularly with firm leadership regarding case status and next stepsQualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolActive Georgia Bar license in good standingPersonal injury experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple files and deadlines effectivelyStrong computer proficiency, including case management and document systemsAbility to work independently while collaborating with a team Preferred QualitiesThe ideal candidate is someone who:Takes ownership of their work and follows throughCommunicates professionally with clients and staffCan prioritize tasks and keep cases moving proactivelyIs comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentExercises good judgment and identifies issues earlyWorks well with leadership and team members
