This is a builder role for someone who has seen what a high functioning sales operation looks like and is ready to create one. The infrastructure is being laid, they need someone to own and scale it.Required QualificationsPartnership, sponsorship, or brand sales experience: sports, media, or experiential marketing preferredAdjacent backgrounds considered: brand-side or sponsorship agency salesExperience building sales processes, not just running within an established oneComfortable in a hybrid warehouse/office environment: not a traditional agency settingPolished enough to open doors with major brands; willing to grind daily to get thereKey ResponsibilitiesBuild and own a process driven sales infrastructure from scratchPursue large sponsorship and title partnership deals across established sports propertiesExecute structured outreach using HubSpot and ZoomInfoHelp launch and sell into new sports verticals as they come onlineManage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting to leadershipBenefitsCommission: ~7-12% (structure being finalized)Equity: Management incentive pool available after a performance based runwayHybrid, 3 days/week on site.
