Civil Litigation Attorney position available with a mid-sized civil litigation firm that specializes in employment defense, construction litigation, business litigation, real estate and commercial matters. The role: • Draft responses to demand letters, take and defend depositions, represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations.
