Our work doesn't just generate attention — it drives emotion, action, and long-term brand equity.We are now looking for a Senior Event Marketing Manager who is not just capable of executing events but is also obsessed with excellence, precision, and delivering at the highest standard.This role is for someone who takes ownership, thrives under pressure, and knows what it takes to produce world-class experiences.What you'll be responsible for:• Leading end-to-end production of premium, high-visibility events• Owning timelines, budgets, vendors, and execution with zero compromise on quality• Managing complex productions across multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines• Driving seamless collaboration across creative, design, and operations teams• Acting as a trusted point of contact for high-profile clientsWhat sets you apart:• 4–6+ years in experiential/event production within an agency environment• Exceptional organizational discipline and attention to detail• Proven ability to lead and deliver sophisticated, large-scale productions• Strong command of project management tools (Monday.com, Salesforce is a plus)• Clear, confident communication with both clients and internal teams• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)• Legally authorized to work in the United StatesWynwood, Miami — vibrant, creative hub (in-office role)Highly competitive compensation package + benefitsThis is a high-performance environment.
