While the majority of the work will take place in our St. Louis office, there is some flexibility for remote work. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Key tasks include managing month-end & year-end close processes, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, & ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.QualificationsExpertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, & ForecastingProficiency in Accounting Systems, Tax Compliance, & Internal ControlsStrong leadership & Management skills, with experience managing accounting staffAnalytical & Problem-Solving abilities with attention to detailAdvanced Excel skills & knowledge of ERP systemsBS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA is a major plus)7+ years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role
