#JD-E2EProfOur client, one of the largest healthcare corporations, is seeking a IT Technology Trainer to join their team.Location: REMOTE in USPay Rate: $34.00 to $36.00 per hour depending on experienceEmployment Type: 1 year contract role!Position SummaryThe IT Technology Trainer develops and delivers training programs that prepare IT and healthcare professionals for technology implementations and organizational change initiatives. This role supports workforce readiness, user adoption, and successful technology transitions by creating engaging learning experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training materials for technology implementations. Create user-friendly learning resources, including presentations, job aids, guides, and e-learning content. Support organizational change management (OCM) initiatives by preparing end users for new technologies and processes. Partner with project teams, business leaders, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and ensure successful adoption. Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs based on feedback and performance metrics. QualificationsMinimum 5 years of technology training experience. 1+ year of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience. Strong facilitation, presentation, instructional design, and communication skills. Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging training. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience may be substituted.
