Report Engineering Analyst

A company is looking for an Analyst, Report Engineering - Internal Assignment (IA)/Project Hire (PH). Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Snowflake tables and data objects for HR reporting and analytics Support the development of dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data engineering Experience using SQL and cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) Experience designing and maintaining reports and dashboards with tools such as Tableau or Power BI Experience with survey platforms like Qualtrics High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
