Channel/Field Marketing Mgr
ServiceNow is seeking a high-performing, customer-centric individual to join the Americas marketing team as a Sr. Field Marketing Manager for the East Enterprise segment. This position reports into the Director of AMS Enterprise Field Marketing.
The Sr. Field Marketing Manager will work closely with their dedicated Field Marketing Specialist on planning and executing marketing activities that generate and accelerate pipeline. Activities will be account-specific/highly targeted and a supplement to existing programs (webinars, user groups, field events, tradeshows, etc). The Sr. Field Marketing Manager will also work closely with sales teams, extended cross functional teams in the enterprise and with customer champions in accounts where marketing is engaged, as well as our agencies with the purpose of ensuring the timely development and execution of programs that require additional expertise (content writing, video production, social advocacy, etc).
Essential Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
Research, recommend, and build content that will resonate by industry, innovate on old school marketing tactics, and take calculated risks to deliver purposeful marketing into a set of named accounts
Lead marketing enablement for the region by being a single source of knowledge for updates and announcements around field marketing, partners, analysts, executive programs, social media, our ServiceNow annual user conference, etc
Work cross-functionally with sales, vertical and campaigns marketing, ABM, digital teams, and external agencies
Meet with customers of ServiceNow to develop joint marketing strategies to drive adoption and advocacy of the ServiceNow Digital Platform
Co-create campaigns with our inside sales teams to identify and qualify new personas and secure meetings
Continually monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI using campaign dashboards and tangible/intangible feedback from the field
Own and manage a quarterly budget and maintain excellent operational hygiene
Provide onsite event support where applicable in targeted activities
Skills
Bachelors degree
5+ years marketing or sales experience in a comparable industry
Strong presentation, writing and communication skills required
Budget conscious mentality
Creative problem solver and resourceful executer
Strong attention to detail targeting high profile, enterprise segment accounts
Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize independently and delegate tasks to contractors or agencies when appropriate
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment under tight timelines; acts daily with a sense of urgency
Exceptional skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously, holding teams accountable to deadlines
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Dynamics, Marketo, and Tableau a plus
25% domestic travel (US) when travel reopens
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $71.00 per hour
