CSR - Customer Service Representative

Independent Insurance Agency looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative. Ideal candidate will have 3 years prior experience as a CSR in the INSURANCE industry and already hold their Illinois Insurance Producer License. Insurance CSR Requirements: Property & Casualty Insurance License Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role and office setting Proficient computer skills Effective communication skills Friendly, customer-focused personality with attention to detail Insurance CSR Responsibilities: Provide current clients and prospects with quality service Assist in retention of existing clients and attracting new clients Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service Accurately and efficiently process renewals, endorsements, payments, cancellations and claims Update policy information and maintain accurate records Answer clients' questions regarding policies Collect underwriting information and generate quotes Promptly and accurately issue Certificate of Insurance Insurance CSR Benefits Compensation is based on experience; includes hourly wage & commission Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time Group health benefits SEP IRA If you are interested in a change in your insurance career, please submit your resume.
