Industry: Legal ServicesSalary: $60kResponsibilities:Ensure the timely processing of all invoices and purchase ordersHandling vendor relationships, including resolving discrepancies, researching open invoicesEnsure proper coding of payments to appropriate general ledger accounts for accurate postingCommunicate with internal customers and outside vendors regarding any invoice discrepanciesResponsible for payment process of vendor invoices, expense reports, and check requestsEnsuring proper adherence to policies and proceduresAssist with special projectsQualifications:An Associates degree in AccountingLegal experience preferredFamiliar with Microsoft Office 365
