Landscape Install Crew Member

Position Summary:Green Summit Landscape Management is seeking motivated and dependable Landscape Install Crew Members to join our growing installation team. This position is responsible for assisting with the installation of new landscape projects, including irrigation systems, plant material, hardscape features, grading, and other landscape construction elements. Crew Members work closely with the Install Crew Lead to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist with the installation of new landscape projects for residential and commercial properties.Install trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, seed, and other plant materials.Assist with irrigation system installation, including pipe layout, trenching, valves, sprinklers, and drip systems.Perform grading, soil preparation, and site preparation work.Install hardscape features such as pavers, retaining walls, edging, decorative rock, and other landscape elements.Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely and effectively.Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.Follow project plans, specifications, and directions from supervisors.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Represent Green Summit professionally while interacting with clients and the public.Qualifications:Previous landscape installation or construction experience preferred but not required.Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Valid driver's license preferred.Working Conditions:Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, digging, and standing for extended periods.Use of landscaping equipment, machinery, and construction tools.Benefits:Competitive pay based on experience.Opportunities for advancement and training.Health, dental, and vision benefits.Paid time off and company holidays.
