Machine Process Technician

Job Title: Machine Process Technician – Manufacturing / Injection MoldingLocation: Upstate South CarolinaPay: $27+/hour (based on experience)Schedule: 2nd shift-Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMOur client provides a stable and team-oriented manufacturing environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. They specialize in advanced production processes and are known for maintaining strong operational standards and investing in their employees.They are looking for you, an experienced Machine Process Technician, to support production operations and ensure high-quality output through proper machine setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization. This is a direct hire opportunity within a growing organization.What You Get To Do Set up and start machines, ensuring finished products meet quality standards Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings to improve efficiency and output Review production data to prioritize mold changes and optimize workflow Perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues Assist with root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Train and support machine operators on equipment and processes Complete required documentation and maintain production records Ensure all safety standards and procedures are followed Operate forklifts and other equipment as neededWhat You Need To Succeed High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years of manufacturing or processing experience (more for advanced levels) Experience with injection molding, extrusion, thermoforming, CNC, or similar processes preferred Ability to troubleshoot and resolve processing issues independently Strong understanding of machine parameters and production processes Forklift experience preferred (or ability to obtain certification) Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plusWhat’s In It For You Competitive hourly pay ($27+/hour) Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k) Stable, full-time opportunity with a growing company Opportunity for advancement (Tech I, II, Lead levels) Hands-on role with strong team collaboration On-site positionApply now!
