Senior Curriculum Designer, a full-time remote position responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining training resources and programs to support customer service and operational systems. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement instructional strategies to enhance learning and performance Lead stakeholder meetings to develop learning strategies and oversee development processes Create learning assessments and conduct reviews of training program objectives for necessary modificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in instructional design or related field, or equivalent experience 6+ years of experience in corporate curriculum design or training development Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Experience in designing online curriculums in adult learning settings Preferred experience in the healthcare industry and project management
