Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in the Des Moines Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility of partial remote work. The specialist will focus on driving sales opportunities, creating marketing strategies, managing client accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include training and supporting sales teams, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing the company’s presence in the local market. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client relations and foster partnerships.Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to generate new business and achieve revenue goals.Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to enhance their performance and skills.Ability to work in both in-office and remote settings effectively.Prior experience in insurance, finance, or benefits administration is a plus.
