VH6 Associate

IntroductionThe Mission Readiness team is seeking an associate to support daily fleet operations at our test sites in the Las Vegas area. This role involves ensuring on-time vehicle readiness for tests and service operations on the VH6 platform and supporting L3 vehicles when possible. Responsibilities include vehicle upkeep, test site organization, and parts inventory management.Required Skills & Qualifications2 - 4 years of work experienceValid driver's license with a clean/excellent driving recordAbility to travel locally and nationally (less than 30%)Proven ability to problem solve and deliver in high-pressure situationsExcellent written/verbal communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasksPass a background check, MVR check, and drug screenMust comply with the Substance Abuse PolicyPrior work experience at client or in client's industryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Preferred Skills & QualificationsTechnical trade school certificate or Associate Degree in automotive repairProficiency with Jira/ConfluenceProficiency with MS Office/Google SuitesExperience working in a fast-paced environmentDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesSupport company milestones and optimize drive operations across multiple locationsEnsure vehicles, equipment, and workplace are clean and ready for useProvide logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipmentPerform routine charging of test vehicles and supporting equipmentExecute mission prep procedures, including software deployment and configuration verificationSupport the readiness of spare parts and associated inventoryProvide support as a member of the Incident Response Team during vehicle recovery scenariosFor immediate consideration, please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
